Company Direction

We continue to make time for new customers in the West Texas and New Mexico energy corridor.  Our ability to serve this region has been a pleasure and is becoming more accessible with a centralized shop and staked out technicians, ready to answer the call.

We maintain a diverse work environment and pull from our collective experience in daily talks and collaborations.  Sharing knowledge laterally within our company and promoting the successful solutions to everyday issues that arise in the field.  Identifying and eliminating root causes to nuisance call-outs is the goal.

Our broad peer-to-peer network is readily available and reaches an international support system. This means optimal response time when managing our forever evolving industry.

Referral work has been a staple of our continued success. With every completed project, providing you with turn-key peace of mind remains the goal for total client satisfaction.  Reciprocated trust in the form of MSA's have been a true testament to our dedication in the field.

ENI Core Values and Beliefs

Nothing is so important that we can't take the time to do it safely.  It is better to lose a minute in life than to lose your life in a minute.

People and Industry play a major role in the effects on the environment, whether it is directly or indirectly, minimally or significantly.  We hold ourselves responsible for our own safety and that extends to the safety of those working with us.  We have a shared responsibility in protecting life and the living world around us for a healthier, sustainable future.

The statements "Ahh, it's good enough for this place" and "It's fine, it will work" is not in our vocabulary.  If something is worth doing, take the time to do it right, no shortcuts, no excuses, no call backs, no worries, no problems.

We believe that educating others on the proper use and operation of equipment will build confidence and leave an impression to strive for a higher standard in the workplace.  Sharing knowledge in this industry strengthens us all and streamlines our best practice approach to inter-plant safety and code compliance.

Accountability and ownership of projects from conception to completion ensures the highest integrity possible in the facility and rewarding return on investment.

Experience

Past Experience and "Good Catch" Examples

Problems we have encountered in the past speak volumes to our commitment in maintaining a zero recordable incidents record.   There are no shortage of major problems that we can be faced with when it comes time to commission your investment.  Our zero tolerance for anything less than 100% certainty has paid off in many cases before energization.  Anything we energize  or place into service will be thoroughly checked and tested prior to progressing the energy boundary.  Following the recommended NETA testing standards, we ensure your value chain asset will deliver with fewer call outs equating to reduced downtime.

  • Caught crossed phase parallel 500Kcmil feeders following construction and QA/QC sign off.

  • Caught a reversed phase sequence on 4.16kV CPT transformer following 3rd party MV commissioning group.

  • Identified two bridles on the same vessel installed upside down and backwards following FAT.

  •  Identified the root cause of chronic $200,000 gas compressor replacements. Also found the soft starter's externally bypassed overload circuit's 50:1 CT ratio was not factored into the OL current settings in the RVSS.

  • Demonstrated the proper and safe way to terminate heat trace for a company doing it incorrectly for years.  We were able to eliminate the shock hazard.

  • Identified inlet pressure transmitters were not SIL rated.

  • P&ID walk-down to identify valves installed backwards and tubed incorrectly.

  • PDMA testing on 5kV motor reveals pre-mature failure analysis.  Able to plan a coordinated shutdown.

  • Due diligence in ESD testing uncovers a pair of valve disks missing due to decades of cavitation/corrosion.  Root cause analysis lead us to find that no record of turnaround or ESD maintenance was ever done.

  • While on a walk through of an MCC, it was disclosed that an HRG alarm was known and constantly ignored by Operations.  Following manufactures recommendations, we demonstrated the correct method for locating the fault. It was discovered that the insulation integrity of a motor feeder was failing.
